Superbowl 51 was amazing to watch. I was touched and a little teary watching President Bush start the festivities with the toss the coin, lovingly joined by his wife of 70 years, especially after both their recent hospital stays.
Gaga nailed her performance at halftime.
The Patriots created an anxiety filled game that ended in the best way possible-- what an exciting and entertaining night of television. There were so many lessons and takeaways to inspire people everywhere. Even when life gets you down or things start out rough, stay positive, be focused, trust your leaders, work hard, teamwork is important, find your passion, never give up, use adversity to fuel your performance and family is everything.
I am not a passionate football fan. Love my Packers, glad I didn't have to choose last night, but being the wife, daughter-in-law, sister-in-law and aunt to passionate and loyal Patriot fans it's easy to jump on the bandwagon and celebrate this sweet victory.
Congrats to Tom, Bill and the whole team on a fantastic finish to a remarkable season.
xo,
Tammy
