Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution

Happy Friday,

I hope you all survived Tax Day. The weather gods smiled down today. I had a small ceremony in Central Park this afternoon and there was a 60% chance of rain in the forecast. I am happy to report, Lucy and Alistair had a beautiful wedding at the Ladies Pavilion in the park. The groom is Scottish and looked very hip in dark jeans, a checkered vest and a black hat. The bride rocked a mini strapless dress and decadent red accessories. She had a flower in her hair and stunning cherry heels. Their nine month old daughter engaged guests with a red tutu type dress, an adorable headband and red and white striped tights. Often times British couples are more reserved than Americans but this couple was open with their affection, it a perfectly appropriate way. It was so much fun to be a part of their special day.

Speaking of cool Brits, have you heard about Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution? He's working really hard to make our kids' schools serve healthier food. Rock on Jamie, well done! Congratulations! Everyone can do their part by visiting www.jamieoliver.com and signing his petition. 307,187 people have signed it already, it only takes 30 seconds, let's help Jamie with this very important project. Here's to a happy, healthy and delicious weekend!
